Refunds & Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your art for whatever reason, we are here to help and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

You can return your product for a full refund within 7 days after the receipt of the art. The artwork must be returned in its original package to be eligible for refund. Unfortunately, after 7 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We are not able to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

a. An item in not in its original condition or is damaged not due to our error.

b. Discontinued or Sale items: only regularly priced artwork is eligible for refunds or exchange.

Returning an original, undamaged piece of art:

1. Within 7 days of receiving your art, email us at karen@belleimages.ca to let us know there is a desire to return or exchange your art. Please provide your order information and your reasoning for the return.

2. Securely repackage the artwork, if you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you will be required to purchase protective packaging at your own expense. Please reach out if advice is needed.

3. Once received, Belle Images will process your return and the refund will be made (minus shipping costs & international customs fees, if any) *Damaged artwork caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

If Your Art Arrives Damaged:

1. Email karen@belleimages.ca, within 7 days of your art delivery date, to let us know there has been a problem and send along any and all delivery information.

2. Please save your original packaging and snap some photos showing the damage. Send photos to karen@belleimages.ca

3. We will reach out to guide your next steps.
